It has commonly been said that the inner life is as powerful if not more so than the physical world life we live, yet the concept of the inner life and all things related to it is only discussed in brief, leaving the journey to self discovery ambiguous. In this class, we will discuss the inner temple and the spirit side of self. We will look at concepts like the astral planes and the four bodies of a human. Included will be a guided meditation to meet and begin to design your inner temple. There are no prerequisites, class is two hours long, has an investment of $25 cash, and numerous handouts will be provided.
