Greetings!
Today we have the full moon in Libra, with the moon herself in Aries. In short, this is the time of the healer. The catch though, is that it is specifically healing through adaptation, or healing through personal relationships. All of this activity is forming a T-Square with Saturn in his own sign of Capricorn. The mid-point of the Sun Mercury conjunction and Saturn in Capricorn is Venus in Scorpio, and this is where we can find the true healing. So, this begs the question: what is the true healing?
True healing is when we begin to assess our wounds. Where are we wounded, and why? Why is it we can’t move past that point? In some cases, physical situations prevent this from happening. In other, it is emotional wounds. In still other situations, these are wounds that have to do with the occult, or perhaps a tragic death in the family. Whatever the case may be, the fact of the matter remains that the wounds that exist are deep, traumatizing, even. However, Venus is a planet that is associated with love, and therefore she tells us the way to heal is through love.
Part of this ties into my newsletter that I recently sent out, that addresses compassion. Healing through love includes self-love, and in this case we see that finding the middle ground between the professional life and personal life is paramount to healing. Part of this includes healing past grievances, especially those that have to do with the heart, and whether you’re in the northern hemisphere or southern, the lesson remains the same: In order to move forward, the emotions should be addressed, healed, and even put to work for you as fuel to achieve success. While love is the healing force, it is through our daily interactions we put this love into effect. The kicker though is the fact that while we may think it is time for some deep healing, the wounds will actually heal faster than we may realize, for this is an Aries Moon, and the lesson with it is that wounds happen fast, but they can be healed just as quickly.
All of the pain and injuries that have occurred in the recent past may seem intense, but this full moon tells us they can be healed quickly with the right amount of attention and love. It is by recognizing and owning these injuries that we come to understand ourselves a little bit better. It is also through the internal agitation caused by the Mars Uranus square that we come to learn that sometimes in order to change, we must rebel against ourselves and our animal instincts.
I encourage everyone to assess their wounds, plan on how to heal them, and then to be grateful for what they have taught us, for it is through their medicine that we come to know ourselves a little better, and in the process, we come to know a deeper level of the divine.
Blessings,
Bill
