Early this morning/late last night, depending on where you are in the world, we had the full moon Sagittarius shortly after the solar ingress into Sagittarius in the tropical zodiac. This means that within a few short hours, we had the power unleashed by the Sun as it became more Sagittarian, and the extra energy from the full moon. This movement with the Sun also brought it into greater alignment with Jupiter in the early degrees of Sagittarius and the Mercury retrograde near there, too. In a few days, we will have a Sun-Jupiter-Mercury conjunction in Sagittarius, which is pretty fantastic! But like many things in life, there is a price to be paid.

Now that you see the big picture, let’s look at the individual components. Whenever the Sun or any other planet enters a new sign, there are dramatic things that occur. Usually, whatever occurs in life at this time to can give you insight into what to expect between now and the next sign change in approximately a month. With the full moon here, we see that yes, the next month overall may be a little tense, but your intuition and psychic skills will be on point. as long as you keep your mind clear and focused. With Mercury retrograde here, it tells us this is a great time for personal introspection and reflection, but in day to day life you may be forced to confront unresolved situations that heavily involve communication and understanding. Jupiter is in its own sign, so this is generally considered favorable, unless you have Jupiter in your chart in Pisces, Gemini, or Virgo, in which case you may find that challenges come up having to do with Jupiter, and while the short term may be rough, the long-term is lining up better than expected.

Mars in Pisces is currently squaring, or agitating, all of this Sagittarius influence. One of the common ways this can manifest is through feeling an internal sense of emotional or spiritual conflict. This is enhanced by the fact that currently, Venus in Libra is forming a challenging yet opportunistic square to the North Node of the Moon, which reveals that while you may find it wise to focus on your personal relationships, it may be a distraction from your greatest growth and good. Of course, these two life areas are not mutually exclusive, so if they overlap, you may find it time to lay down boundaries with people that are taking too much of your time and not reciprocating.

So what exactly does all of this mean? In short, it means that over the next month it is wise to focus on your own internal spiritual and emotional growth. You can now reach new heights of spiritual understanding. But, the price you may pay may be the sacrificing of nuances of your personality self in the name of your soul/higher self/ascended self. Basically, this can be accomplished by reigning in the more animalistic, desirous parts of your nature that are impeding your progress during this lifetime. In short, it is time to evolve, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. In a lot of ways, this is the final piece of the shadow work started a little over two years ago for a lot of you, so now is go time.
