Beginning the last Friday of the month in January 2014, Bill will be leading a Western Tradition study group. However, this will be more than just a study group: it will be a working group! That’s right; people will be expected to have their homework done before the last Friday of each month. With permission from Donald Michael Kraig, we will work our way through “Modern Magick” from January 2014-November 2014, with an optional meeting in December.When the group meets on the last Friday of each month, it will be a discussion and study group to compare notes, epiphanies, and results with each other for the benefit of the group. For example, at the first meeting in January, it will be expected that you have already done the exercises and completed the projects for chapter 1 from Modern Magick. There will be no handouts provided, but people are still encouraged to bring a notebook and pen to take notes.Bill will be checking on the homework to make sure it is being done. Attendees will not be asked to share with the group when it comes to what magickal tools look like, etc, but it will be required that Bill is shown the items, or digital representations of them, for the sake of knowing that all are on the same footing.This group will last an hour and a half each month, and has an investment of $15 cash per session.
