Whether due to denial, or lack of attention, these things compound over time, and if we don’t address them, they gain sentience, and can consume us, dragging us down. In this two hour class, we will define what the shadow is, as well as why it is important to work with it. The class has an investment of $25 cash, and there are no prerequisites for it.
