In this class, we will discuss the inner temple and the spirit side of self. We will look at concepts like the astral planes and the four bodies of a human. Included will be a guided meditation to meet and begin to design your inner temple. There are no prerequisites, class is two hours long, has an investment of $30, and numerous handouts will be provided.
